@PinballWiz4rd My use of "Jurisprudentially" didn't refer to Plato's Laws, Plethon advocated for a Hellene nation-state. This wouldn't have been to the advantage of Jews living in what remained of Byzantium (although it was a rump state by that point). And a possible challenge to Ottoman Jews.
