@FlairAirlines highly disappointed with flair. Today I landed at my destination at 8:40 in the morning and it has been 10:05 and still waiting in aircraft. Was having chat with agent and that agent also left chat in between the conversation.#unprofessionalism

@eDreams eDreams told me that my refund is done but I haven’t received any refund in my account for my canceled flight and also I haven’t received 90 dollars that eDreams charged for nothing few weeks ago. Why does eDreams had to charge on my credit for nothing? Fed up of eDreams

@eDreams Well support team isn’t addressing my query. In my eDreams account it shows that my refund has been approved by airline since 15 days then why haven’t I received refund?plus why did you charge 90 dollars after that? This is getting very frustrating. I will never recommend Edreams

@eDreams Still no response about my query. Why did eDreams charged 90 dollars from my credit card without any reason. The refund is still due and on the top of it 90 dollars were cut from credit card for no reason. I need all of my money back. No agent is getting back to me.

@eDreams I am glad that I at least got a response but I do not understand that instead of refunding my 90 dollars why did you cut 90 dollars again from my account 4 days back?

@eDreams Heights of being highly unprofessional. I was waiting for refund for one of my canceled flights and despite of getting refund my credit card got charged again for simply nothing. I need my refund and my 90 dollars too that you charged for nothing. I have dm my details.
