Govt has already appealed to all the political parties for a comprehensive discussion on NEET paper leaks and all the matters related to examinations in the country. Parliament must deliberate on the such important issues for the future of the students of our country.
A lot of people may not like this.
But the way this govt has handled crisis whether Covid or Trump's tantrums or the energy issues now is beyond commendable.
One can always nitpick and find fault with some things but big picture the current team at the top led by PM Modi have done things for which they rarely get much credit.
I don't think India has seen such confident handling of dire situations since independence. The capability building, relationship building, the India first approach, the confidence and the execution has been next level. I can't think of any other previous govt handing things like this.
I was watching this video by @RainmatterOrg about how Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) cleaned up the Kham river in 5 years. It had become a sewage drain, and they turned it back into a flowing river. Made me think about especially of Delhi's air quality problem.
They mapped 249 waste entry points with drones and installed traps. Rerouted sewage to treatment plants and built new ones. Set up a facility for textile waste from factories. Cleaned the river and discovered springs that were buried under debris. Fixed waste collection across the city, removed 170 dump sites. The municipal commissioner joined weekend cleanups himself. Citizens showed up every Saturday. The key was stopping waste from entering the river in the first place, not just cleaning it.
If a smaller city can pull this off in 5 years with the municipal corporation, NGOs, and citizens working together, I was wondering if governments, businesses, NGOs, and citizens actually collaborate, can't they make a difference in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and many other cities where the Air quality is really bad.
Civic sense in the North East is remarkable- calm traffic, discipline, and respect for the road.
If we want this across India, we need new habits: teach it early, follow it at home, enforce it consistently and celebrate good behaviour.
If one region can do it, whole country can.

I urge all to join PM Shri @narendramodi Ji’s call for Swadeshi by adopting indigenous products & services.
Absolutely no one needs to know about the tactical movements of India's forces in real time. News channels and their sources need to chill.

To anyone who thinks the crowds that gathered around Marine Drive -- to celebrate Team India's World Cup win -- had all the time because "they had nothing better to do..."
To them I say: Sport is just not your thing. You will never understand. And there's no point explaining..."
The morning after. Disappointment. But an awareness that we saw this team play special cricket for 10 games in a row. And a big big shout-out to Rahul Dravid; stayed in the background while the team was winning, fronted up when the team lost. Backed players, created a fantastic combination with Rohit and, well, was just utterly decent as always

I find it very disturbing that a very large section of the media in England is asking questions of a girl who played by the laws of the game & none at all of another who was gaining an illegal advantage and was a habitual offender. That includes reasonable people & I think (1/n)
