@TataCLiQCare Here is my order details. As u can see...1 tshirt order cancelled on 15th after 2 reminders, one on 22nd after 2 requests and 1 still pending.
& all cancellations r from ur side not mine. If u cancel u shd refund total amount immediately. I don't hv to contact u multiple times

@TataCLiQ Very bad experience. Ordered 3 tshirts to be delivered on 10th Oct...never got them. Only when Icontacted them, they replied order cancelled from their side. Its been 15 days since then I contacted them atleast 5 times but full refund still not issued.

First time refund on 1 tshirt, second time no action, 3rd time 2nd tshirt refund initiated not yet received, 4th time no action now 5th time...been told issue resolved but not sure what happened. All this when they canceled the order. Terrible

@eatsurenow It's been more than 4 days and no word from you....now we know why the food also didn't arrive. You guys say you will but don't keep your word. Sad state of affairs. Won't last too long if this is your idea of customer service. 🤮

@eatsurenow untrustworthy service. I ordered pizza at 9.20pm & promised delivery at 10.15pm. I saw that the order is out 4 delivery but driver not moving. Called him..he said he doesn't hv the order. App kept showing order out for delivery. 10.35 order cancelled from their side

Pathetic service...at 10.40pm...I was left with no food and most restaurants in our area were shut or not taking orders anymore. There was no way to contact your service center or get any info. It sucks...can't trust you guys anymore.
