@SoFiSupport last straw. Fuck SoFi.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@TMobileHelp will you? i've already visited a store 3 times, called Assurant 2 times, all from an apple watch or a 911 kiosk and i've been told 10 days, nothing we can do -- EVERYWHERE. why would i continue paying protection 360 premiums after this?

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@TMobile ive been paying P360 premiums for 15yrs. now the replacement for my stolen phone was lost by fedex and im without a phone for 10 days in NYC and cant navigate to the subway, no RSA, no green bubbles.
P360 is TRASH. talked to a supervisor even

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@TMobileHelp yea i did and im also calling from an apple watch and im on hold for 30 min. customer service is trash. i've already been told to get lost the past 3 phone calls from a fridge, watch, and 911 kiosk. 0 faith. and im lost in NYC for the past 5 days.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@TMobile i've been paying premiums for 15 years for P360. first claim and im without a phone for 10 days in NYC and no RSA, no navigation, im in a dangerous situation because of your failures. Phone stolen, replacement stolen, "nothing we can do"

@SoFi The hallmark of a has-been company — they used to draw people with value. Now it’s promotions that are unsustainable. 3%? Only for a short while. $300 for opening an account — under tight stipulations.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @LizThomasStrat @GilmanHill #SofiSucks it was never easy for any of us, you shouldn’t put up with also getting screwed by your bank during hard times.

Do an ounce of research instead of going with the first ad you see. SoFi is not the best choice anymore. They used to be good. Not anymore.

@sophaaachi @SoFi @NM_Financial #SofiSucks
Brother, don’t apologize. You sick a red team on these guys and they’re announcing a zero day. They don’t know their head from their ass at SoFi. I see wild incompetence from my interactions. And I used to recommend them, they suck now.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi Are you reuniting with “https://t.co/3waWPkUClH”
Or are all my assets orphaned? #SofiSucks

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@benmcmann @anthonynoto @SoFi Yo they need to reach out. What a despicable response asking you to call them. These guys at SoFi are monsters

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @rams @SoFiStadium It’s really not. For one Robinhood has 3% back on everything - no promotion. There are dozens of other checking that offer interest. SoFi doesn’t have a competitive advantage anymore.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@carolinelupini @SoFi @SoFiSupport I’ve found this to be false as well. I regularly get charged atm fees in New York City with my SoFi debit card and I opened my account in 2018. They used to be good but SoFi is shit now.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @MrBillyF Will you compensate for the difference?

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@sunnyd4552 @SoFi Noah, are you a SoFi employee? How did the marketing team approve this? No one would actually think or say this.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @sophaaachi @NM_Financial It wouldn’t surprise me one bit to find out sofi got hacked, honestly.

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi Yea you closed my crypto account years ago with no explanation, “reunited”?? Oh so you want to hop back on the scam wagon? Great!

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @Sig0l These guys are a joke, look at this email they sent me tonight

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi @Sig0l It’s really going downhill lately. I switched in 2018 but these days SoFi customer service is fully incompetent and they’re making egregious mistakes and cutting corners. I’ll probably part ways soon. There are plenty of others that offer the same features

[Parish @ParishWolfe]

@SoFi big ups on the 2 dimes!! Too bad I have to maintain 133k to keep it. Stop vibe coding guys. It’s getting bad.

Ordered a windshield wiper online because I'm very busy. @UPS claims to have made a delivery attempt but didn't per the doorbell video feed now I have to pick it up at an auto parts store. @UPS I want a refund for my shipping cost since I'm doing the work of delivering it
