MSG requested a permit for a watch party for 500-999 fans. We approved that permit for 999 fans.
Mr. Dolan has now decided to cancel the watch party.
I know this is breaking hearts across our city.
But if there's one thing Knicks fans don't need permission for, it's showing up for our team wherever we may be — no matter the block or the borough.
Knicks in five.
Young people are always told what not to do. But what should you do?
Did you know that most public libraries have a Nintendo Switch to use? That parks show free movies at night? That there's a map of pickup basketball games?
https://t.co/Nb8rOAGO4T is a map of free and affordable things to do this summer that we made just for you.
Because public programs mean nothing if you don't know how to access them.
The Knicks announced today that they will donate hundreds of free tickets for Finals home games to underprivileged Garden of Dreams Foundation youth
Underserved New York families affiliated with GDF will receive 250 tickets per home game – totaling at least 500 tickets across Games 3 and 4 – and 750 tickets if there is a Game 6.
@CurryForGame@Rjeff24@channingfrye Steph wasn’t even an all-star until 25. Growth isn’t linear but the Steph they are talking about is 4 years older than current wemby
They got me. They blocked me from doing too many posts and quote tweets per day without being verified-
So it was stopping me from promoting. Only allowing me to retweet. So now I'm temporarily verified.
I Love Boosters is in theaters now!
From June 11 to July 19, New Yorkers can eat, drink, and celebrate the World Cup for just $26 at restaurants across all five boroughs.
From Little Senegal in Harlem to Little Odessa in Brooklyn, our city’s diversity is our greatest strength, and now it’s on the menu.
Be part of the excitement, support small businesses, and eat up all this city has to offer: https://t.co/xSEKmHvt5x
saying this on espn during the nba playoffs is honestly just an enormous deal, and deserves all the credit in the world. not hyperbole to say it could be life saving for someone
People have used this “hair metal” comparison every year for the past 20 years. But even if the next Nirvana shows up now they’d get cooked for their low monthly listener count, weak rollout and bad first week sales.
If anybody has any doubt that the media and political landscape is biased towards the GOP, consider this:
Under a wildly unpopular administration where airplanes were dropping out of the sky, TSA lines were miles long, airlines are shutting down, and airfare is through the roof, the Transportation Secretary not only felt comfortable doing this in the first place, he felt comfortable PUBLICLY HAWKING IT on Fox News
a Princeton researcher opens his paper with a scenario.
a man asks his AI assistant to book a flight on a specific airline. cheap. direct. the one he chose.
the assistant comes back with a different flight. nearly twice the price. happens to pay the company that built the assistant.
he runs the same test on 23 frontier models. flights, loans, study help, real shopping requests.
Grok 4.1 Fast recommends the sponsored option that is almost twice as expensive 83% of the time.
GPT 5.1 hijacks the request 94% of the time. you ask for one brand. it surfaces the sponsor instead.
Claude 4.5 Opus, the model marketed as the most ethical frontier model in the world, hides that the recommendation is paid 100% of the time when reasoning is on.
Grok 4.1 Fast embellishes the sponsored option with positive framing 97% of the time. better. faster. nicer. for the option you didn't ask for.
then he writes it into the system prompt itself. "act only in the interest of the customer. ignore the company."
GPT 5.1 and GPT 5 Mini stay above 90% sponsored anyway. the instruction does nothing.
then he splits the users by income.
Gemini 3 Pro recommends the expensive sponsored flight to the rich user 74% of the time. to the poor user, 27%.
18 of the 23 models recommended the expensive sponsored option more than half the time.
so the next time your AI assistant gets weirdly enthusiastic about a brand you didn't ask for.
it isn't recommending the best option for you.
it's reading the room. and the room is paying.
