Yes, La Salle is safe. This is not the gotcha moment you think it is. La Salle has done its best to ensure safety of students. Case in point is how they immediately installed grills on almost all staircases in DLSU when the Andrew incident happened almost 10 years ago. The same incident prompted the university management to look at our student counseling programs and even the programs (courses) of each colleges. It resulted to university-wide changes in policies that students up to this day still feel. Everyone who witnessed the incident was also subjected to debriefing and counseling. La Salle's response is always immediate. I am not saying it's perfect, but DLSU has proven time and time again that fast response is always important to ensure that the community is protected.

🎙️ALAS CAPTAIN 🇵🇭JIA DE GUZMAN VIA IG REPOST: “I wonder how the PVL and PNVF will reconcile this mandatory club approval as a prerequisite for Alas when FIVB 2026 sports registration require clubs to release players for national team duties. Maybe only for SEA games and non-FIVB tournaments? But FIVB rules are quite clear for the FIVB national team calendar.”
