It’s also about support that they can give why are they are holding your SSN and ID info, I couldn’t even access the live chat because I was locked out. And they have plenty of people and I mean plenty have the same money and may not have X money linked

@XMoney I think you need to add 24 hour real human live support for people that actually lose their account like I did, and some people never get their accounts back. Or you can do it with AI at least to let people freeze their account for the ease of mind.

@XMoney How do I recover my account if x money is linked to it? They changed my email. This is not acceptable for a financial institution, is there a way I can froze the account? And that’s not even a phone call that can help me with that?
