We then went to Bellville to try. We managed to take a photo but the consultant there could not sign the application because the system said there is an application in process already.
So now we don't know what to do at all. The consultants were stumped.

We did an online application for a passport for our daughter and paid plus submitted docs. When we went to Tygervalley Mall, our ticket number disappeared upon taking a picture. The consultant couldn't issue a new ticket because the system didn't allow it.
