I'm tired of reading my X timeline and watching other people build all this crazy shit with grok.
I have no idea what to build, but I'm starting now...
My short story collection PATHS TO THE STARS came out eight years ago. I'm planning to release a second collection next year, so I've now made the first one free to read online on this dedicated site, created with the help of @grok_builder . Enjoy, if you're so inclined! (You can, of course, still buy the actual book, too.) https://t.co/cdGXsgmcee
Guys, who can help me.
I want to set up Grok Build to build me software overnight using a loop and different agents.
Then I want to create a test file, where I should be able to give it the input and stipulate what the output should be. The loop should run until that exact output is achieved.
Is this possible?
So basically want a rigourous test set to pass before the loop ends and Grok stops building.
That's what @salimismail is stressing with EX03
People are becoming AI-native and companies are merely forcing their employees to switch from Google to Chat GPT at a significantly higher cost
One thing I’ve noticed:
The more things I build, the more ideas I seem to have.
Apparently building is not very helpful if you’re trying to shorten the idea list. 😂
I asked Kimi K3 to design a robot for deep sea research
Here's what it came up with
A jellyfish inspired robot with tentacles built from a hexagonal nanostructured lattice, designed to withstand extreme pressure.
Wait till you realize bugbot inside @cursor_ai isn't running grok 4.6, so you "other models" usage gets shredded less than 15 days in.
Oh and wait till you find out 4.6 is better in @grok_builder than Cursor
But hey, atleast the hand an IOS app
I’m a huge @grok fan. Lately I’m a bigger @grok_builder fan. I’m now a big @bot fan.
I see my actions obsolescence in a few months.
Right now, grok build modifies my code in XCode.
I run it…and give feedback
It usually works the first time.
That step will be gone within 6 months from now.
BUT at the moment I cannot get grok to create a simple dramatic drums/strings Conan the barbarian type soundtrack as background music for a game I’m developing.
The stand out part is I have said “drums” and no drums.
I asked grok for a reference to the above so I could quote AC/DC correctly and got this response:
I made a App using @grok_builder it allows you to view any content creator across any platform when they're live on whatever streaming platform they may be on https://t.co/zUswUnEyup @elonmusk
Today I upgraded my @grok to @SuperGrok Plus!
I'm looking forward to trying out the added benefits. Definitely looking forward to @bot using @grok_builder. Already doing some cool tasks!
Try this, @grok_builder : Copy and paste the following prompt into grok build:
Build a complete, playable first-person shooter browser game optimized for both desktop and mobile (especially touch-screen devices).
Title: Headquarters Assault
Core concept:
You play as a lone soldier who has infiltrated an active enemy headquarters. The level begins inside the enemy base — you start in a dimly lit concrete corridor deep inside the facility. Your objective is to fight your way through the headquarters, eliminate enemy soldiers, find the command room, and escape. The game has one fully playable level with multiple rooms, corridors, and open areas.
Visual style (strictly enforce this):
- Authentic early-to-mid 1990s PC first-person shooter aesthetic.
- 8-bit style graphics with a strict 256-color palette.
- Low-resolution pixelated textures (walls, floors, ceilings, doors, enemies).
- Classic raycasting engine look: vertical wall strips, simple floor/ceiling shading, limited texture variety.
- No modern lighting, no high-resolution assets, no smooth 3D models. Everything must feel like a 1993–1995 DOS/Windows game.
- Color palette limited to muted military greens, grays, browns, dark reds, and industrial yellows. Enemies wear dark uniforms with simple pixel helmets.
- HUD is minimal and pixel-style: health bar, ammo count, and a simple crosshair.
Controls (critical – must work well on touch screens):
- Full virtual on-screen touch controls that appear on mobile/touch devices:
- Left side: virtual joystick or directional pad for movement (forward, back, strafe left/right).
- Right side: virtual look area / drag-to-look for aiming and turning.
- Large, clearly visible “Fire” button on the lower right.
- Optional “Use / Open Door” button.
- On desktop: WASD + mouse look + left-click to shoot, with the same virtual buttons still available if desired.
- Smooth, responsive controls with no lag. Movement speed and turning should feel classic and slightly deliberate (not modern fast FPS).
Gameplay features:
- Raycasting or simple 3D engine that produces the classic 1990s look.
- Enemy soldiers that patrol, detect the player, chase, and shoot back with simple projectiles or hitscan.
- Player has a basic rifle that fires discrete shots with limited ammo. Ammo and health pickups scattered throughout the level.
- Destructible or openable doors.
- Multiple rooms connected by corridors. Include at least: starting corridor, barracks area, armory, server/command room, and an exit route.
- Simple AI: enemies have line-of-sight detection and basic pathing.
- Health system, ammo system, and a win condition when the player reaches the exit after clearing key areas or destroying a central objective.
- Death screen and restart option.
- Start screen with title “Headquarters Assault”, a short brief (“You are a soldier. Infiltrate the enemy headquarters. Survive.”), and a “Start Mission” button.
- Minimal sound: optional simple 8-bit style gunshots, footsteps, and enemy alerts (can be muted or generated procedurally if full audio is limited).
Technical requirements:
- Single HTML file or minimal self-contained web app that runs immediately in the browser preview.
- Works offline after loading (no external dependencies that require internet after initial load if possible).
- Optimized for performance on mobile browsers.
- Canvas-based or lightweight WebGL that still looks deliberately low-fi and 1990s.
- Full-screen capable and responsive to different screen sizes.
- Clear, readable pixel-style text for menus and HUD.
Do not reference, copy, or imitate any specific commercial game by name, logo, level design, character design, or assets. Create an original military infiltration scenario set inside a generic enemy headquarters.
Make the game immediately playable in the live preview. Include a short help overlay that appears on first launch explaining the touch controls.
Cool little report I created with @grok_builder
Breakdown of last weeks crypto rally and how much of it was liquidation, short covering, and new buying:
https://t.co/CS01w8woQ3
I RECORDED THE PROCESS OF GROK BUILD CREATING A MINI GAME FOR ME, BASED ON MY IDEA.
I don’t know how to code. I only had an idea.
So I asked Grok Build to turn my idea into a game.
This is my first experiment with building something from imagination into a playable experience.
My next game will be about healing and self-respect.

What do you think?
Thank you so much; this is incredibly useful for someone who doesn't know how to code but wants to create games and websites based on rough ideas. I am thrilled to own such a high-quality game for the first time. I am now continuing to work with Grok Buil to develop a second game—one designed to offer a healing experience for the audience.
