RedBus app किसी Excutive से बात नहीं कर सकते , chatbox भी formality के लिए है. User परेशान है कोई सुनवाई नहीं हैं .

@redBus_in मैंने अयोध्या से आगरा के लिए 1995 रुपये में Red Bus द्वारा AC Sleeper seat booked की, लेकिन जब Bus मिली तो पता चला की Non AC bus है, जो बहुत unhygienic और गंदी बदबुदार सीट थी. मैंने RedBus App के माध्यम से complain किया , लेकिन अभी तक किसी भी Excutive का कॉल नहीं आया

Redbus App 48 hours के wait करने message आया लेकिन काफ़ी दिन हो अभी तक कोई response नही. redbus ने 200 रुपये refund कर दिया था. बहुत ही ग़ैरजिम्मेदारीपूर्ण service है. यदि किसी ने अपने comfort और hygienic के लिए AC bus booked की, उसको ख़राब service देकर 200 रु वापस कर देंगे?.
