@TeamYouTube The video was taken down by YT, and then the Counter Notification (CN) option was available. So, I submitted it and it was accepted by YT. So, it looks like we are back on track. It's odd that the CN option was not avaiable before the video was removed by YT.

@TeamYouTube The claimant is non-responsive and the end of the video clearly shows that they are not the copyright holder. So, it is odd that YT accepted their copyright takedown request.

@TeamYouTube As noted earlier, we have already written to [email protected] with our Counter Notification, but we are only getting an unhelpful response from a bot.

@TeamYouTube More perplexing is that the same claimant tried to remove the same video in 2020 (5 years ago), and we successfully filed a Counter Notification.

So, something is broken as they are allowed to try the same thing again!

@TeamYouTube What is odd is that there is no Counter Notification option within YT Studio for this video – that is why we went the email route. The only option we get is to delete it, which we hesitate to do since it is posted with legitimate permissions.
