@tuuu28283 Depends on where they deliver but that's common. The drivers in mail trucks actually drive on the right. That way they can just put your mail in your mailbox. The box is on a pole (generally) and they just place the mail in the box. They can't do that everywhere.
@ApexSeeker_ Yeah, that's true and it's fine if you keep your shoes on, even if you are a guest. If you take your shoes off in a house that's not your home it's considered rude (and kind of weird). It's actually worst if you don't know the person and take your shoes off.
@ApexSeeker_ For servers at restaurants I don't mind tipping. Servers aren't paid much and they need tips to survive. I'll tip maids at hotels and drivers but try to limit it after that.
@tuuu28283 If I ever get to Japan I need to have Ramen and curry. They look so good and at the top of my list to eat. I have had imported mochi here in the US and that is so good!
@ApexSeeker_ Depends on the occasion. If it's a holiday gathering, most people will bring something but sometimes the host says you don't. If I'm just visiting, I don't and don't expect someone to bring anything if they visit me. Since I'm the host it's on me to provide for my guest.
@laythy29 Depends where you get it from I would say. I've had some God awful cups and always avoid a stadium or any large venue like that. The local coffee shops are always superior.
