In a year where running backs like Ashton Jeanty and Saquon Barkley are carrying their teams to contend for championships, “expert pundits” still find a way to overlook their successes. Yet, they complain about how disrespected the RB position is, as guys struggle to get paid.

The 2024 Heisman vote result was a missed opportunity to edify the RB position. Hopefully, Saquon will have better luck on the ballot in the NFL, at least receiving Offensive Player of the Year.
