Our new official dismissal time, starting Monday, January 29th, is 3:15 PM for the regular school day and 3:50 PM for magnet students. For those families enrolled in our afterschool care program, the official closing time of 6:00 PM will not change.

HISD will add extra minutes to the end of each school day for the remainder of the 2017-18 year to make up for instruction time lost to this month’s winter ice storm, which closed schools for two days.
