As a retired MLB player it’s actually a travesty!

I am adamant about eating seed-oil free. I feel significantly better when I do.

One of the oils I target is avocado oil.

What happens when you only choose products that are listed as only having avocado oil but in actuality it’s not avocado oil but in fact it’s a seed oil?
