there are parts I liked: they made Xie Zheng more likeable than in the novel (tho i feel him being “marquis” needed more buildup), they gave justice to Changyu’s action scenes, and the pig butcher squad added more flavor. but the storytelling of the politics just wasn’t it.

this is true! ill still rewatch the drama ofc bc i loved the leads. but the unique trope of their romance + the chemistry are what made it famous IMO. the script was lacking in the sense that a few parts of the plot only made sense when i read the novel.

tbh, there may be lapses sa promotions for the albums pero i think tama yung title tracks na pinipili nila. A title track doesnt equate virality, it means it represents the vibe of the album as a whole. just like how pantropiko was a bside and karera was the title track. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I honestly don’t get why fans question how BINI chooses their title tracks. If a bside gets viral, then great! Let’s hype it up more! They know their songs better than anyone. How they choose their title tracks is built on their identity and how they perceive the album as a whole
