@virginmedia I spent just four hours in contact with Virgin Media today. Did not resolve my complaint. Did increase my stress levels yet again though so that was helpful.

@virginmedia Despite best efforts on my behalf you have failed to make any effort to resolve my complaints about services and customer care. The company is based around deliberately causing customers obstacles when issues arise - in the hope that they get frustrated and give up.

@virginmedia The notes that are made on the accounts do not get shared and so customers must repeat their issues repeatedly without any resolution.

@virginmedia Your customer services are specifically set up around a script that stops customers from being assisted.

@virginmedia There seems to be a whole bunch of people at the company who are sorry for the poor service and who would love to help - but there are none that actually ever do so.

@virginmedia will not even assist in exiting contracts. The customer services are designed to protect the company from having to speak to customers at all costs.

@Ofcom @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Hello. Is it acceptable for mobile phone companies to make contracts for services that they know they will not be able to provide? For instance if they know a mobile phone mast is now and will continue to be out of operation for a long time?
