A federal judge just ruled that the Trump admin's use of immigration law to deport me and other noncitizen students for pro-Palestinian speech is unconstitutional. No one should fear speaking up for Palestine.

A Yale student has been arrested and charged with sexual assault on a NYC subway train.

A 30-year-old woman was traveling with her 4 children (ages 7 to 11) when Ari Shtein, 18, allegedly came up behind her and sexually assaulted her by penetrating her with his fingers.

He was arraigned on 8 counts and released without bail.

At the time of the incident, Shtein was working as a summer intern for the libertarian outlet Reason magazine where he published several articles. He also wrote for a conservative student publication called the Buckley Beacon. Shtein once criticized mandatory university sexual harassment training as pointless.

Shtein is being represented by high-profile defense attorney Priya Chaudhry, and her team.
