ABOUT JISUNG’S RECENT ACTIVITIES ON INSTAGRAM

There have been a few changes on Jisung's Instagram account recently as we all can see. However, these changes have unintentionally created opportunities for some dickheads to spread drama and false information surrounding Jisung's personality. Shame on yall. Therefore, we would like to correct the information once again, so that everyone can have a better view and understanding of the matter and speak up for Jisung when spotting fake news.

1. Jisung had unfollowed ALL 6 ACCOUNTS on Instagram AT THE SAME TIME, including Nasa, Nasahubble, Nasachandraxray, Oasis, 2soom_toon and Karadenizli.maceraci. In particular, Karadenizli.maceraci is a content creator and a vocal supporter of Palestine. Therefore, many people took advantage of Jisung's unfollowing act to attack Jisung himself, saying that he "only unfollowed 1 account", which is COMPLETELY FALSE. Currently, Jisung only follows NCT members and the group's official account.

2. On the other hand, Jisung had also said on one fancall that he “deleted the muscle showing photo because it doesn't fit his image very well”. We are not speaking for him but by the look of it, it seems like Jisung is just “cleaning his feed" as any other people would do on their social media from time to time.

3. The act of unfollowing DOES NOT MEAN DISAGREEING THE VIEWPOINT OF THE ACCOUNT OWNER. PurePassion would like to emphasize that Jisung unfollowed 6 accounts at the same time, and the purpose of this action is to keep his account @/the__and.y following only NCT members and the group's official account. The act of unfollowing 6 accounts is a METHOD to achieve the purpose mentioned above. IT IS NOT JISUNG'S PURPOSE to unfollow 6 accounts, I hope everyone can clearly distinguish between the method and the purpose. So, what is the point of framing him as “opposing the viewpoints” of people who support the Palestinians?

4. Particularly on the Karadenizli.maceraci case, Jisung has many times liked his post, and he even left comments saying that this content creator's videos inspired him to learn cooking. Jisung commented in very standard appropriate language so that when using translation software, the meaning remains the same for the person to understand. This was only from May 18th, so if you dare to say that Jisung opposes Karadenizli.maceraci’s point of view, it would sound even more stupid.

We just wants to say that we have no right to force people to continue to follow Jisung or unfollow him. But we do hope that no one twists his words or his actions to turn Jisung into a "bad" person in the eyes of others, on all social media channels. Currently, there are a lot of bitches taking advantage of this unfollow act to frame him so we kindly ask everyone who defined themselves as Asteroids to speak up and protect Jisung’s reputation as fiercely as needed. Just focus on the fact that "JISUNG UNFOLLOWED ALL ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT NCT OR NCT MEMBERS ALL AT ONCE - NOT TARGETTING ANY SPECIFIC PERSON".

Last but not least, we PurePassion are all Vietnamese citizens. We believe in the viewpoint of our current government on this matter, supporting Palestine's independent rights and rooting for them to soon become a fully recognized member of the United Nations, at the same time "strongly condemns genocide" and fighting for peace at all cost.
