@HMRCcustomers And while this service is not available to me, how do I claim the 25% bonus from the government towards my lifetime ISA? My details need to match, but you’re telling me there is nothing I can do to check/change them?

@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried every way to access my account (online, called numerous times and continually passed around depts) and even written a letter! All to no avail. Please help! Being withheld money I’m owed.

@HMRCcustomers Yes I think that’s the problem. I’ve called the number in the picture, then been transferred a number of times but I don’t know which departments it was to. I’ve also tried the online chat, and sent a letter to HMRC at BX9 1AS

@HMRCcustomers 1/2 These are the details I used to get in contact before. However fail security questions. I’ve tried to go and update my details in my personal tax account, but get stuck here again as when I try to create an account it tells me my details aren’t recognised.

@HMRCcustomers It’s the government contribution to my lifetime ISA. To claim it my details need to match. Apparently they don’t, but I can’t work out how to rectify as can’t get into my account.
