@ATT@JohnStankey I began a chat at 9:07 pm EST to setup a new phone. rep proceeded to not only turn off my old phone, but also turn off my daughter’s phone on another line completely. At 11:37 pm I was transferred after asking for over an hour. 12:08 am now.
