Also you book flights well in advance and often at silly inconvenient times, book a train in advance and it's not that expensive.

Its funny how you have to wait ages if you want to talk to a person @SP_EnergyPeople but if you look on the app to change tariff they are straight on the phone....shame they seemed unable to give me time to make a decision or e mail details to me to consider...
