@KFC_UKI really disappointed that having been to our local restaurant in Shirley, Solihull area they don’t have any ingredients for your publicised pickle menu but you are still advertising on your digital TV ad boards in the venue.

@nextofficial collected order today that was an incorrect item. Customer service call team were not helpful as I need the original item at the discounted price paid (due to Next promo code). Code is one time use so now I have to pay full price for the item due to your error
@HiltonHonors I’ve had a booking made against my hotel account which wasn’t by myself. Your customer service team are telling me that I need to contact the hotel myself as they can’t get hold of them. This isn’t right

@O2 I don’t appreciate being threatened with credit reference agencies on a contract I’m trying to cancel but you say my account is locked and even the staff at a local store can’t help. Tried numerous times to cancel and visited a store as directed! @BBCWatchdog
@SubwayUK just noticed you have changed the app and all my points have gone. When was that communicated as I’ve not seen any official comms to use up my old points which were almost 3000 in value
