I’ve found myself in a similar situation and have taken it upon myself to engage in more sales.
Follow up with old customers (mostly commercial) and getting out there to close more jobs, especially recurring.
It’s easy to get complacent when the VA’s are handling all the inbound stuff, but it’s just as important to use your freed up time to get more sales and grow the company.
I’ve recently been using this tool @parmacrm to keep track of all our commercial relationships and keep notes and add reminders on follow ups, definitely recommend giving it a go.
Meeting notes. Get into the habit of writing meeting notes. Or at least ensuring someone else writes them. Thank you.
