#FreeBonifaceMwangi
I condemn the intimidation and abduction of activists, a blatant attack on democratic freedom and human rights. Silencing voices of change undermines justice and democracy. We urge the global community and human rights organizations to stand against these violations, defending every individual’s right to express themselves freely and without fear of retribution.
Don’t wait till are killed to speak up 🗣️ 🐝
We need @bonifacemwangi to be brought back to his family! You had to be there in person to hear how this government almost broke the strongest man we know. The episode will air the revolution will not be televised ✊🏿🇰🇪 #FreeBonifaceMwangi
🚨 Update from Kamukunji Police Station
I have joined fellow comrades at Kamukunji Police Station to show my support for Boniface Mwangi, who is being held here. According to the Occurrence Book, he faces accusations of inciting violence for simply expressing his views on social media, stating "Ruto must go!" in a country where free speech should be protected.
This is a troubling situation for our democracy, and I want to emphasize that the weight of my Senate office stands behind him. We must raise our voices and demand his freedom. The police are currently waiting for some "orders from above" before granting bail, but let’s remember: the right to bail is a constitutional right and not a privilege.
We must stand together to ensure that our rights are respected. It’s time to #FreeBonifaceMwangi!
Together, we will not be silenced!

Human Rights Defender @bonifacemwangi is still in custody , with no information provided to his family @njerikan or fellow activists about his arrest. We call for transparency and respect for his rights as we continue to rally for his release. #FreeBonifaceMwangi

Boniface Mwangi was unlawfully abducted today by individuals suspected to be DCI agents at his home. This continuous violation of human rights targets brave citizens advocating for good governance in Kenya. Such abductions are illegal and must not be tolerated. We stand in solidarity with all who fight for justice and accountability. Our voices will not be silenced! #FreeBonifaceMwangi
Boniface Mwangi was abducted this morning— abductions continue unchecked. @DCI_Kenya may deny involvement, but we demand transparency and an end to this brutal targeting. We will stand by all voices of truth.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! NO MORE ABDUCTIONS!
