@atomberg_tech I strongly advise against buying Atomberg products. Poor quality and terrible after-sales service. My product became unusable within just 1 year, despite their claim of a 5-year warranty. A warranty means nothing if service support is this bad. Not recommended.Mo9824214976

@IndiGo6E It confirmed that in a single PNR of 3, 3–4 kg baggage could be managed. However, due to Indigo staff inefficiency, we were neither allowed to remove a few extra kg nor properly assisted despite the heavy queue. As a result, we forced to pay Rs. 4,900, which should be refunded.
@IndiGo6E frequently travel with Indigo & usually carry baggage below the allowed limit. Today charged for extra kilos felt disappointing, but more upsetting was the rude behaviour of staff member Anju Prakash. It made us feel disrespected. Requesting you to please look into this

I think it’s time for us Indians (Bharat) to seriously consider other airline options instead of always choosing Indigo.
Today, while flying to Goa, at the baggage drop counter an Indigo supervisor named Jatin K and his colleague behaved extremely disrespectfully. We had 3 bags with a total weight of 35 kg and requested them to allow it since we were not carrying any hand baggage at all.
Instead of helping, when I asked them to connect me with their supervisor on call, one of them used abusive language and called us “Gando” (mad) and even said “Ek gando maras.”
Is this the kind of customer service and corporate culture Indigo is teaching its staff?
Indians give Indigo nearly 70% preference, and this is the respect we get in return.
Maybe it’s time we start supporting other airlines instead — just like we once decided to move away from British dominance.
Very disappointing experience with Indigo.
