I keep catching myself overthinking my exclamation point use in slack messages. Am I excited? No. Am I just trying to not look passive aggressive because somewhere in life periods became emotion-less grammatical marks? Yes.
Whether it’s multi-gen housing, the high traffic accident rates or the visibility of international students, honestly hating on Brampton is getting old. Call it what it is, unashamed racist rhetoric
I started researching Brampton’s healthcare infrastructure 9 years ago when my grandma was first admitted for cancer treatment, have written multiple papers for school and it pains me to see ppl don’t realize Brampton’s covid crisis is a symptom of a decade+ broken system
Hospitals and local health care at the brink because of chronic underfunding for decades in Brampton that has left us with far fewer beds, infrastructure, and support than our neighbours, including cities and towns with similar or smaller populations.

I’ve been slightly nervous thinking of the election just bc of the implications it’ll have and honestly, seeing so many people post pictures of the pink/purple sky this evening calmed me more than I realized 😭
