US debt is now on track to surpass the WWII record.
Federal debt held by the public is projected to exceed 106% of GDP by 2030.
That would officially push US debt above the previous record high set during World War II.
And from there, the CBO projects debt will keep climbing toward nearly 180% of GDP by the 2050s.
The US is entering uncharted fiscal territory.

This means they have been sitting on market, the seller is actively cutting prices and increasing the frequency of those price cuts.
The pressure is mainly concentrated in Tampa and Fort Myers, where fire sales now top 30% of listings in some submarkets.
This means sellers cannot find buyers even though they want to.
