Black Hole: a two-player puzzle game!

1. Draw a pyramid of 21 circles.

2. Take turns placing numbers 1 through 10 (in order).

3. The last circle is a "black hole" that destroys all neighboring numbers.

One way is to get ONGC to stop extracting. That oil remains in natural reserves to be extracted when #oilprice goes up to say $50+
