I asked Dan Fitzgerald about Savion Flowers on April 11th, after Flowers had pinch-ran late in that day's DH against UCF.

Fitzgerald said "One of the all time great teammates, one of the all time great people I've ever coached. Work ethic, level of teammate, consistency in which he does everything, he's the guy that you want your... I want my boys to grow up and be like Savion. Super talented and he's just in a really thick outfield. A guy that has really a bright future, I love him. He's an amazing kid".
