@AmazonHelp I ordered a airpod pro on which got delivered. I found that airpod is fake and duplicate. I returned the same. Now After 14 days amazon sent me email stating i sent a wrong item and I won’t get any refund. Very bad customer service. Order number 203-8663215-8975522
