Raised a query for my health insurance renewal—deadline passed and still no response. Extremely frustrating experience with @policybazaar. Great service until payment, then complete silence. Wouldn’t recommend buying policies from them.

@C24Bank On May 17 2024, two unauthorized transactions of €100 and €15.15 were made. I didn't authenticate them or share my card details. When I checked the C24 app, I was logged out, which was alarming. Customer service insists these transactions were authenticated via the app

I tried to claim miles as I already member of alfuesan program.
But every time it’s rejected.
Many time tried to connect to customer care, they are very unfriendly.
Not giving proper response.
