Hey @Google - Google one benefits include 10% credit on purchases on Google Store - I bought a Pixel last month, been a Google One member for 4 months, never received the credit. Raised a query/ticket 3 weeks back, I was told we will resolve this, and AWOL since. What the hell?

Hey @emirates - Is it standard policy to ask Skywards members (with updated profiles + passport details) to provide passport copies on chat to your customer service for claiming miles missed? Customer service adamant that they can't help me unless I give a copy of my passport!

@ukhomeoffice I had put in a correction request to my citizenship certificate (not my fault) in November 2024. I still haven't received my corrected certificate. I cannot get a passport or travel without it and it is impacting me severely. Can I request any help on this please?
