A maliciously deployed contract exploited Balancer Vault interactions, draining ~$90M in WETH/osETH/wstETH.
Preliminary root cause: improper authorization/callback handling during pool initialization.
Action: affected pools paused, forensic trace underway with Balancer team — full report to follow.
