@madmanweb Like I said earlier... It will be blamed on the delivery guy. I never gave them any such letter. I never gave them the letter. I was told the delivery guy will be fired. That didn't happen. Also the complaint filed with the authorities was ultimately marked as resolved.
@NextflixApp@madmanweb this has happened with me too i filed complaints for it and all blame went on the delivery guy. after that I found that I only get otp when i book cylinders myself, but if the dealer books the cylinder for me i dont get otps. thats how they are running it
@Shoeb4667@bhash exact same thing happened with me. i filed a police complaint for theft against the store managers then only i got my vehicle. once they agree to deliver and provides you the scooter ask them for compensation.
@anuragvpsec@bhash@OlaElectric@jagograhakjago i recently went to chandkheda service centre. Its also about to be closed. Sarkhej service centre is also just a dumpyard. they just take your scooter. no service/repairs acutally happens there. find some good third party mechanic to solve your problems. these people are hopeless
@RitikkSharma3@buildwithyash@IndianTechGuide@grok They did get close to the numbers at one point — but without any real sales or after-sales support, it just wasn’t sustainable. I’ve seen their stores pop up (and shut down just as fast) in small towns where even Hero, Honda, and TVS struggle to survive.
@vannumeena0@bhash actually improvement in service is a new NARRATIVE. i had ordered in august, the scooter was registered in december. OLA is saying they have delivered the scooter in december itself. but i have not received anything. what they are doing is fraud.
