A little more life into the Robot
Working on its vision, movement, and interaction systems. Still a lot to build, but it’s finally starting to feel like a real robot.
One camera. Two bodies.
Left: Trinet on my head. Right: the same camera inside a UMI gripper — what a policy actually sees.
One demo, both views.
UMI is @chichengcc / @SongShuran and UMI teams design. Camera: @panoculonlabs

Day-5
The initial chassis for prototype of my robot is finally built. Sometimes the best engineering starts with what you have, the best chassis I could find was a plastic shelf. It may not look fancy yet, but it's a solid platform to start building the vision. Onwards!
Day-4 :Robo Eye — Vector Subsystem
An Open Source embedded robotic eye by Will Cogley designed for expressive, low-latency animation.
-fully3d printed
-Emotion & attention animations
-Modular architecture
-MCU-optimised performance

Day 2 of building physical AI.
The robotic arm is finally moving.
The goal isn't just to make an arm,it's to build an affordable AI robot that can see, understand, and interact with the real world.

Day 1 in the world of Physical AI.
Starting simple:
• ESP32-S3
• XIAOZHI AI
• Voice interaction
This is just the beginning.
→ Eventually, a fully autonomous physical AI robot.
I honestly don't know where this journey will end, but I'll be documenting every step of it .
