Extremely disappointing service from @IFBAppliances . My washing machine is under warranty and is not working properly. I complained to the service centre, but they brought the wrong replacement part and are now not responding to my calls or properly attending to the issue.(1/3)
@IFBAppliances@IFBAppliances The washing machine is under warranty. I don’t want another excuse or another round of service-centre visits. I want my washing machine replaced. Please resolve this properly. (5/5)
@IFBCares I have also received a ticket number, but despite this, no one has come to inspect the washing machine. I have also tried contacting IFB customer care, but I’m unable to speak to an executive or properly get the issue resolved.(2/3)
@SonyIndia I came across this case involving a Sony Bravia X82L where an initial ₹30,000 panel replacement quote was eventually escalated to a senior engineer, and the TV was repaired for ₹2,500 instead.(1/3) https://t.co/LCCVzUPFkJ
@sony_india Please escalate this to a senior engineer and check whether a component-level repair is possible before declaring the entire panel defective.(3/3)
@SonyIndia Your customer care just told me that ₹63,960 is the “final” amount to repair my ₹1.5 lakh Sony Bravia after its panel failed in just 2.5 years. When I asked WHY it failed, I got no explanation - only that electronics can fail and nobody can assure they won’t.(1/2)
@sony_india@sony_india It’s been 3 days since you said we’ll get back to you, and there has still been no call, message, or update. This is exactly the lack of follow-up I’ve been highlighting. Please don’t just acknowledge the complaint actually have your team contact me with a resolution.
@SonyIndia@Sony I bought a Sony Bravia 75-inch TV for around ₹1.5 lakh, and after just 2 years of perfectly normal use, the screen suddenly went completely black. There was no fault or damage from my side.
I called a Sony technician, and I was told that (1/3)
@sony_india@SonyIndia@sony_india Your authorised service centre’s estimate is ₹72,005 for replacing the P-MOD. After a major panel failure in just 2.5 years, should I just sell the TV for spare parts and move on?(2/2)
@sony_india@SonyIndia What am I supposed to do with this ₹1L+ Sony TV now? Your representative asked me to pay ₹63,000 for the repair, I refused, and since then there has been absolutely no contact.(1/2)
@sony_india@SonyIndia@SonyIndia Honestly, I’d be very happy to spend that ₹63,960 on another 75” TV from a different company rather than give it to Sony. I’d also be happy to sell this TV for spare parts—if I can get anything for it. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Sony. (3/3)
@sony_india@SonyIndia@SonyIndia A ₹1.47 lakh premium TV developing a major panel failure after ~2 years is completely unacceptable. And asking me to pay ₹63,960—almost 43% of the TV’s original price—for a replacement panel is not a reasonable resolution. (2/3)
