@AirIndiaX Check how many seats are there and people are sitting near baggage check counter (very less seats)... Very pathetic experience when someone comes from far like Gangtok and have to wait like this which has NO Logic ... He could have gone inside and had food in lounge.

@abhealthin You never give a correct and clear answer. Over mail Ruheena your grievance cell has asked me to share cancelled Cheque so that hospital can refund. You are asking me to directly collect from Hospital

@abhealthin Support called to inform that claim is und prces, my concern noted (billing dept has written 9654 is already paid with main claim) which is wrong.
Request to connect with Billing Team and rectify else it will not get rectified at later stage.

@abhealthin After 6 hours of wait, Got patient Discharged by paying the shortfall Amount basis the earlier approval.. after 4 hours, got confirmation that higher amount approved. I need refund of extra paid.

@abhealthin Patient had to be discharged (payment made by policy holder) as the incompetent Insensitive Aditya Birla Authorities took 9 hours to process the claim even after so many escalations. Let's discuss in consumer court..
