@SamsungIndia is there anyone one can approach for some real service???? The service centre is big time bad!!!! They accused us of damaging the phone, and asking money to make good a phone we purchased 2 months ago!

Randomest ever conversation with a service centre representative, where he accused us of damaging the phone.. asking us to pay for a mother board we did not damage! So bloody angry!!!!!!

We realized we need to invest in extra security to ensure work goes on smoothly.. we also realized a lot of our employees have patchy internet.. we solved for both, but it has paid off handsomely..#kweet

Data access - crtiical for analytics business - we had to invest in security infrastructure tn ensure data could be securely accessed and worked on.. we also worked on building in redundancies so we could work on backed up data in case of any issues..#Kweet
