@Uber_Support @UberIN_Support Fix your IVR call support! Selecting Option 3 for Tamil support constantly connects me to a Hindi-speaking agent instead. Please fix this routing bug so Tamil users can get proper regional support. #UberIndia #CustomerService

@ola_supports #367873362 My issue still not resolved - Since you have 2 different customer care for OLA , I can't go "back and forth" it is only resolved when you both Ola booking & ola partner customer's care needs to speak & conclude this issue ,other wise it wont resolved.
