बातमी मधील फसवणूक आमच्याकडे सर्रास होते. भाच्��ाला बोललो नको जाऊ पण म्हणतो नाही गेलो तर College Action घेणार. मग माहीत पडले IT Job नावाने चाकण फॅक्टरीत झाडू, पोछा, सफाई करायला लावले. पालकांनी जाब विचारला तर क��लेज गप्प, कशीतरी पोरांची सुटका केली. बहुतांश 100% Placement स्कॅमच असतो.
सिंहगड एक्सप्रेसमध्ये तो प्रवास होता… पण मनात कायमचा ठसणारा प्रसंग बनून गेला.. ठाण्याला एक ग्रुप चढला.. सगळे आपलेच, मराठी, सुशिक्षित, व्यवस्थित दिसणारे.. कल्याणला थोडी गर्दी कमी झाली आणि त्यांच्या गप्पांसोबत वडापावची पार्टी रंगली...हसत-खेळत खाल्लं सगळ्यांनी..
हे अप्रतिम आहे...अजिबातच माहित नव्हते याबद्दल...

I know you do not care if you lose 1 customer, but you are provoking me to go to other providers.
@airtelindia Your thanks app and services in it gives headache. No option to cancel the airfiber or wifi connection in it. When tried to chat with that useless chatbot, it gives a number on which after I reach to airtel wifi issues, call gets automatically disconnected.
@Airtel_Presence This is what the speed test is today (before 5 minutes). Yesterday, I got a phone call from your engineer & then the speed was right. Again, it is back to square 1 (sorry, below 1).
@Airtel_Presence Now you won't reply to my simple question. Why don't you have cancel button in the app? Netflix has it. Why don't you? Are you so scared that customers will cancel it when they want? Do you want to stop them? They won't be. Give good service and they will be retained.

@Airtel_Presence As I mentioned earlier, for new booking I got a call from an agent at 8 am in the morning, but no option to solve the issue or direct Customer care number. I am going to cancel the subscription anyhow, because this issue is since last week and you are not going to give those back
@Airtel_Presence@Airtel_Presence why don't you have cancel subscription button in the app itself? I have taken the subscription from there, I want to cancel it from there? Why do I have to call the useless customer care ivr number which does not even take the complains?
When typed wifi in chat, it took the request and said that our representative will call you shortly...
So to gain new money you are ready, but to already paid customers, service is not being provided. How ridiculous is this.

Seems like you haven't kept the option to talk to customer care intentionally, so no one can raise the issues. And btw I raised a service request, it got resolved with zero impact on speed.
I paid bill & called again, & somehow after requesting, they processed cancellation request. After some time a person called to follow up & said you paid in advance while cancelling.
Now, are you gonna refund the bill or should I consider it a donation to Jio?

This is how your service is pathetic.
I had Jio AirFibre installed in last October.
Since 13th July, there was no connectivity at all.
14th July, I raised a service request. It's resolution time is 3 days, 17th July.

Height of the miscommunication happened today, when I called for discontinuing the service, they transferred my call to senior Deck something. That person told me to pay the bill first & then the cancellation request will be taken after 24 hours.
