Trying to cancel my ticket MORE THAN 48 HOURS before departure, but the app says “operator does not allow cancellation” ❌
Called the operator directly and they CONFIRMED cancellation is allowed ✅

Then why does the app show a cancellation charges chart for MY ticket? 🤯 Makes zero sense.
And the support? Absolutely useless. No executive available, calls don’t connect, and the AI chatbot just repeats the same useless responses over and over again 🤖🗑️

•If costs rise → increase menu price transparently
