Yet another zomato story. I order food from @popeyes_india yesterday at around 8pm, but my order was not delivered even till 11pm. I tried contacting @zomato support but they also didn’t help me with it. I have been robbed 500 bucks without the delivery of food.

@zomato @zomatocare Regarding order #5757574979, I ordered 6 pizzas from delicate delights from the zomato app. After placing the order I got a call from the delivery associate that the restaurant is 50km away from my location, which didn’t show up at the time of ordering.

For cancellation. I got more that 50% of the money deducted which is above RS. 1500, because @zomato called me and canceled my order. I have added the screenshots for the same. I demand my money back.

I used the in app feature of detecting my current location. After that I was contacted by some executive from zomato stating that since the location is far away they would have to cancel the order, to which I agreed but nothing was conveyed to me that there would be a charge
