@Myntra @MyntraSupport Pathetic service! Ordered on 26th Oct '24, faced double payment deduction. Despite numerous calls/messages, no resolution for almost 4 weeks. Same response every time: "Wait 24 hrs." This delay is unacceptable and trust-breaking.

Pathetic service from @SamsungIndia @Samsung. My fridge broke down 4 days ago and we contacted samsung service centre regarding this issue. Their engineer visited and pointed faulty compressor as the issue. Its been 3 days since and there is no visit or part replacement.

Calling the service center and the person says part is not available and "ye part hum ghar pe nahi banate hai"
Such comments are not expected from such an organisation. I reside in Delhi NCR and temperatures here are 40-45°C.
