Under article 148 of the Indian Constitution there has been provision for independent office of the Comptroller and Auditor General Of India . ( CAG ) .

He/she is the guardian of the public purse and controls the entire financial system of the country at both the levels - the Centre and the State .

CAG's duty is to uphold the constitution of India and laws of the parliament in the field of financial administration .

Here , the complex rhetoric of Trump has been exposed. Because Iran has established PGSA ( Persian Gulf Strait Authority ) to monitor, coordinate, and regulate vessel movement through the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz. It mandates a permit-based system and specific transit rules for all maritime traffic.
