PACTEF_RDC DÉFEND LE PEUPLE MALGACHE CONTRE LA SUSPENSION DE L’UNION AFRICAINE

Justice et Dignité Africaine

Le PACTEF_RDC, mouvement politique congolais dirigé par Me Moussa Mamba Jordane Beya, exprime sa surprise et son indignation face à la suspension de Madagascar de l’Union africaine, à la suite du soulèvement populaire ayant conduit à la chute du président Andry Rajoelina.

Dans sa déclaration, le PACTEF considère cette décision comme une sanction injuste infligée à un peuple qui a librement exprimé sa soif de justice sociale, de dignité et de bonne gouvernance, après de longues années de souffrance et d’alertes ignorées par les instances régionales et internationales.

Le PACTEF_RDC appelle l’Union africaine à repenser son rôle face aux aspirations démocratiques des peuples africains. Plutôt que de condamner les transitions issues de la volonté populaire, l’organisation panafricaine devrait accompagner et encadrer ces dynamiques de changement pour bâtir une Afrique véritablement souveraine et juste.

Enfin, le PACTEF_RDC réaffirme sa solidarité avec le peuple malgache et renouvelle son engagement indéfectible en faveur de la liberté, de la dignité et de la souveraineté de tous les peuples d’Afrique.

📢 DÉCLARATION DU PACTEF SUR LA CRISE POLITIQUE EN RÉPUBLIQUE DÉMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO

Kinshasa, le 26 octobre 2025

Le Président du parti PACTEF (Patriotes Africains du Congo pour le Travail, l’Éthique et la Fraternité), le Pasteur Moussa Mamba Jordane Beya, annonce une déclaration d’une grande importance relative à la crise politique actuelle que traverse la République Démocratique du Congo.

Face à la dégradation du climat politique, à la méfiance généralisée entre institutions, et à la souffrance croissante du peuple congolais, le PACTEF appelle à un réveil national fondé sur le dialogue, la responsabilité et la refondation morale de la Nation.

> « Notre pays ne peut pas continuer à se déchirer alors que ses enfants ont soif de paix, de justice et de dignité. Le temps est venu de reconstruire ensemble le Congo sur les bases du travail, de l’éthique et de la fraternité », déclare le Président du PACTEF.

Le PACTEF appelle :

1. À un Dialogue National Inclusif, sans exclusion, pour sauver la Nation de la division et de la manipulation politique.

2. À la restauration de la confiance entre les institutions de la République et le peuple souverain.

3. À la lutte effective contre la corruption, le tribalisme et les violations des droits humains.

4. À la mobilisation patriotique de toutes les forces vives — jeunesse, églises, partis, société civile — pour bâtir un Congo souverain, juste et prospère.

Le PACTEF réaffirme son engagement à œuvrer pacifiquement, avec foi et détermination, pour une transition éthique et démocratique au service du peuple congolais.

PACTEF_RDC (Patriots of Congo for Work, Ethics, and Fraternity) expresses its full solidarity with the Tanzanian people, who, braving adversity and repression, are courageously rising up against electoral injustice and impunity.

We strongly condemn the serious attacks on democracy and fundamental rights that are affecting our brothers and sisters in Tanzania.
PACTEF_RDC offers its full support to Comrade Tundu Lissu, the main opposition leader, who has been arbitrarily detained since April, as well as to his party, CHADEMA, which has been illegally prevented from participating in this electoral farce.

The Africa of tomorrow will not be built in silence in the face of tyranny.

🇨🇩 STATEMENT OF PACTEF_RDC ON ARMED GROUPS AND FOREIGN INTERFERENCES

We, members of the political party PACTEF_RDC (Patriotic Africans of Congo for Work, Ethics and Fraternity),
strongly condemn the actions of rebel and terrorist groups that continue to spread death and devastation across several regions of Africa.

We also denounce any direct or indirect support provided to these groups by foreign powers, including certain networks operating from the United Arab Emirates, as well as other complicit actors in the region.

The blood of our brothers, sisters, and children — whether in Sudan,🇸🇩 the Sahel, the Democratic Republic of Congo, or elsewhere in Africa — must no longer be shed in the name of hidden interests.
Africa must rise to defend its sovereignty, security, and dignity.

PACTEF_RDC therefore calls for:

an independent international investigation into the financing and external support of terrorist organizations;

enhanced African cooperation in intelligence and defense;

and the unity of African peoples to put an end to all forms of foreign interference that destroy our nations.

Against Foreign Interference in Africa Under the Pretext of Democracy

Kinshasa, November 4, 2025

PACTEF_RDC (African Patriots of Congo for Work, Ethics, and Fraternity) denounces in the strongest possible terms the policy of interference that certain Western leaders, particularly American ones, continue to practice in Africa under the false pretext of “defending democracy.”

It is unacceptable that foreign powers allow themselves to threaten African nations or intervene militarily, when their true motivations lie in the relentless pursuit of raw materials, especially Nigerian oil and the continent’s strategic resources.

The bombings in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and Lebanon are not examples of democracy, but symbols of the suffering of peoples and the disregard for human rights.

Africa must not become the next testing ground for these destructive policies.

The PACTEF_RDC calls on African presidents and the African Union (AU) to stand together to defend the continent's sovereignty and reject all forms of political or economic blackmail from abroad.

Africa does not need to be "saved" by those who, for decades, have exploited its resources and destroyed its nations in the name of so-called universal values.

We have suffered too much from these manipulations.

It is time for Africa to speak with one voice and declare:

> "Our sovereignty is not for sale, our dignity is not negotiable."

For a sovereign, just, and prosperous Congo and Africa.

Condemnation of the latest attack against Ugandan opposition leader 🇺🇬 @HEBobiwine

The Party of African Patriots of Congo for Work, Ethics, and Fraternity (PACTEF_RDC) condemns in the strongest possible terms the latest attack perpetrated against Mr. Bobi Wine, a Ugandan political opponent and defender of the people's rights.

According to several sources, Bobi Wine was violently targeted by security forces—police and army—while he was conducting a political campaign in Mbarara.

Such acts constitute a serious violation of fundamental rights and democracy.

The security services have a duty to ensure the protection of all citizens and candidates, regardless of their political affiliation, in accordance with the principles of professionalism, impartiality, and respect for human dignity.

PACTEF_RDC expresses its solidarity with the Ugandan people and with Bobi Wine, a symbol of courage and resistance against oppression.

We call on the Ugandan authorities to guarantee security, freedom of expression, and the equitable political participation of all stakeholders, in accordance with African democratic values.
