SSRI has so many side effects that it outweigh any possible benefits (which a lot of the time they don't help or just replace one issue with another). I have seen first hand how SSRI turns people practically into zombies and reduces their personalities. That they are both legal and given out so easily is so absurd to me.

What? The NS drew on pre existing racial theory and research. 19th century scientific literature was filled with detailed biological observations such as facial features and skull sizes. Joseph-Arthur de Gobineau in the 1800s opposed racial mixxing and divided humans into 3 biological races. Sweden in 1922 had a national institute for race biology, multiple other nations had their own research institites too. The Germans obviously did their own research and came to their own conclusions (including adding esoteric aspects to race in certain circles) but the fundamental ideas and research already existed.

Sometimes they do take action but just not enough. The ALCS 2024 shooter was known to law enforcement and her parents had been notified too. Police overall had been in contact with her family multiple times for various reasons. Wouldn't be surprised if quite a few of more modern shooters were known to law enforcement well before the attacks

Britain also wanted to maintain economic dominance over the continent. Having different nations fight each other on Britains behalf was nothing new. France was recovering from WW1, Britain fell behind on naval expansion and rearmament, relations with Italy fell apart after the Ethiopia campaign (among other things). Having Germany and the USSR as counter weights to each other was ideal for them. Molotov-Ribbentrop was not expected, if it was then they would not have invested as heavily into Poland. Agreeing to it would have been giving Stalin eastern Europe and threatened its economic dominance. The only nation who would have benefited from that pact was the Soviet Union.
