Yr6 at Baldwins Hill had another inspiring and exciting visit from @alsylvester2 Sylvester MBE. They listened with enthusiasm, asked great questions and learned about his visit to Antarctica. He even dressed up a child in all the layers he needed to be safe! Thank you Al!
The children from our schools showed tremendous courage, singing in East Grinstead high street on Saturday as part of our academy choir. Thank you to everyone that joined us and for the donations. We raised ยฃ158 for East Grinstead food bank! @FoodbankEG
As part of Halsford Park's Year 3's "Fabulous Finish" about electricity, children found out more about the electrical circuit inside an electric car. As part of this activity, they also had the chance to see and go in a Hyundai Ioniq 5!
A glorious day yesterday at East Court for the annual cross country event. Huge congratulations to all the children from Baldwins Hill, Blackwell and Halsford Park that participated. Thank you to all the volunteers from East Grinstead Athletics Club and @grinstead_lions!

Year 6 at Blackwell had an amazing experience at their residential at @PGLTravel Windmill Hill last week. A great time and learning experience was had by all that attended!

The children in KS1 and KS2 at Halsford Park were delighted to welcome Mr Godfrey from @WestSussexMusic for a special assembly on Tuesday. They were thrilled to hear and see live music being performed as he showed us his skills on clarinet and saxophone.
HP Year 5 had a really interesting visit from @mimsdavies on Friday. The children loved learning about her role as an MP and the House of Commons. Did you know that the parties face each other because they originally met in the stalls of a church? We didn't but we do now!
