@poonatic69 @youknowwho2b The loophole is much bigger than this though lol. The answers are in plain sight but @ryancohen and @TheRoaringKitty are master puzzle makers. It’s not easy to unravel it all. You have to be deep enough to separate signal from noise though. It’s very confusing.

@youknowwho2b @poonatic69 But, that’s not the case here. The new rules state that effective 9/30/24, entities that acquire 10% ownership must disclose it within 5 days of the month end. He bought these positions in September. That means next week, he will show his cards. My guess is 10/2 or 10/3.

@youknowwho2b @poonatic69 He made numbers and entity names appear the same and add up to other numbers and removed that sentence so that there was confusion this time. Everyone thinks he owns 31% because they think you should exclude the other entities to avoid double counting.
